New Mexico Powerball Winners

In August of 2005 Air Force Lt. John San Cartier bought a $10 quick pick that netted him $93.4 million. Cartier correctly matched all six numbers from the August 10, 2005 drawing. He bought the winning ticket from Raley\'s Superstore #805 at 6200 Coors NW. The winning numbers were 13-31-36-38-49 with a Powerball 2.
